I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a thousand times better! It has been life changing for me. The food is delicious. I have yet to come across something that I don’t like. I’ve always struggled with dieting & meal prep. This is an absolute game changer. It is budget friendly & I feel like I save money because I’m not making impulse purchases because I barely have to go to the grocery store! I save time, money & no food waste. I pick my food up on Sunday & it takes me a total of 15 minutes to drive there, get my food & back home. And the customer service is top notch! Tom goes way above & beyond to help his customers. He spent an hour with me at his gym just to help me learn which exercises I should be doing. He did not charge for his time & there was zero pressure to join the gym. I wish I could give 10 stars! Keep up the excellent work guys!
UPDATE: We've been consistently using KitchenAbz since Jan 2022. We're heading into 2025 and STILL use them. ORIGINAL: We started using Kitchen Abz a month ago. The next week, my husband started with his own subscription, and now my adult son is using it, too! The food is very good. Everything is fresh and measured out and it has really helped me maintain my weight with the portion-control...even though I splurge on the weekends with 'bad' food like pizza and beer and cookies. This week, I'm going to be 'good' and not have cheat weekends. I'll update my review with my actual weight loss. BUT, weight loss or not, the value of the meals for the quality and convenience is unbelievable. I have tried all the 'fresh delivery' services where you do the prep/cook/cleanup and it wasn't worth it. With Kitchen Abz, all the work is done! This is going to revolutionize our ability to age-in-place with great tasting and nutritious meals. I love how the menu is different each week for 4 weeks, and then it repeats, so I can have my favorite dishes again.
The foods are well prepared and do change seasonally. It's great to have the portion control and just heat and eat! They have a nice variety of foods too. We have used pick up and delivery when available in our area and both were good. The staff at the pick up were very nice and friendly. Our food was ready when we arrived if you called ahead and we had a short wait for our bagged food if we didn't call. Delivery was nice, as they texted when close and wouldn't ring the doorbell, as requested, if our granddaughter was taking a nap. Great food and service. They do send reminders if you haven't ordered food before the cut off time.
I have been a customer of Kitchen Abz for over five years. The food is excellent and the price you just can’t beat. The quality and quantity of food you get per meal great. They have a wide variety of food options to choose from so you never get bored with what you are eating. I am so pleased with Kitchenabz that I recommend it to everyone. Whether you have a dietary restrictions, trying to lose weight, build muscle, or simply don’t have time to cook you have to give Kitchenabz a try. It’s easy to order and there is no obligation or contract. I love it!
Such a fantastic food service. I have meals delivered every Sunday for my weekly lunches! The food portions are very generous. The taste is fantastic! You have to check them out. You will love it!!
Tom (the owner) is a great genuine down to earth guy. His food is great been ordering from him for the past 6 year and never had a meal I didn’t enjoy. His prices are very affordable for a meal prep business. He always answers the phone and will help guide you if you’re looking to gain or lose weight. Overall 5/5 stars!
The food is delicious! The packaging and labeling are well done which adds to the convenience of meal prep! Kitchen Abz makes it easy and affordable to have meal prepped healthy meals!
I could literally eat the marmalade salmon every day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it. It's heavenly. Great service, prices, and weekly options. Kitchen Abz has been incredible helpful to the process of building muscle and getting down to a 10% body fat percentage over the past year.

Amazing food and customer service! The food is consistently good. I honestly have not tried anything I didn’t like. I usually don’t enjoy reheated chicken, but somehow theirs is always tender, flavorful, and never dry. Everything tastes fresh and well seasoned. Tom is great to work with and genuinely cares about quality and his customers. Highly recommend!!
